Do you jack off to your own stories? If so, at which point(s) during the creative process do you do it?

I do jack off to my own stories, both after and during writing them. The ‘during’ is a bit of a problem, because I have a bad habit of cumming in the middle of writing and then I no longer feel like writing anymore. I usually solve this problem by writing these stories in public, though.
