What about movies? Any favorites and inspirations?

Well, I’m quite the horror movie buff I suppose, and I like most every genre, and have been known to waste a few afternoons on horrible sci-fi B-movies. There are a few inspirations in there I’m sure, but none that come to mind immediately.
