Update – Commissions, “Apologia,” and a new interactive

Is January gone already? Holy crap.

Well, first of all, I’m sorry that the content here has been a bit sparse–I’ve had a long commission that’s been giving me some trouble, and a few short ones which you’ve seen posted. I haven’t really been feeling the whole photo caption thing for a while now, so I’ve kind of put those on hiatus for now. That said, here’s a few things I’d like to mention.

1) Commissions – Holy cow, I’ve just gotten a ton of them. Thanks to all of you who are supporting my writing, I greatly appreciate it, but I also want to let you all know that I am going to close down on new commissions for a while. If I’ve already been chatting with you about one and said I’ll write a synopsis, don’t worry, you’re on the list, but these are gonna be keeping me busy for the next few months at least, so I need to not worry about increasing the list until I get this batch worked out.

2) Apologia – Thank you all for your support in all this stuff, and for the comments, positive and negative alike. I’m still going to post my stuff on the NCMC, haters gonna hate, lol did you see what that guy said, you mad bro? etc. Still, I wanted to have my say, I said it, people responded in various ways, that’s fine, and now we can all calm the fuck down and move on with our lives, right? Right?

3) A New Interactive – What? Something else? Yeah, I’ve been wanting to do something like this for a while here, and I thought this might be a good time to give it a shot. Here’s how it will work. I’m gonna post a short start to a story, give you some options, and you all tell me how to continue the story, choose your own adventure style. I’m not sure I’ll be able to update the narrative every day–we’ll see how popular it is, what kind of responses I get, and for now, we’ll go with a Monday/Wednesday/Friday update schedule, starting today!

Alright, that’s all I got. Keep calm and carry on.
